Looking for a Key Account Manager
Job Responsibilities
• Successfully develops new KA accounts and expands existing accounts to achieve growth and profit requirements.
• Representation and sale of home décor products with Key Accounts based upon brand priorities for each account while managing, developing, and building upon sustainable and profitable businesses.
• Lead and execute sales strategies for all new domestic and Canadian KA accounts.
•Create annual comprehensive sales and marketing plans/objectives for each key account; detailing objectives and actions.
•Proactively assess trends, analyze data and identify key customer opportunities to help build a Customer Business Plan.
•Monitor competitor's activities and performance, along with implementing strategies and tactics to compete.
•Extensive knowledge of the lighting and furniture business and in-depth knowledge of products, applications, and value based selling principles.
•Mentor team members to uncover the needs of prospective customers and recommend our products
Qualifications/Skills
•At least 5 years of experience in home decor sales with major national retailers or comparable industry experience.
•Successful history in achieving significant revenue goals in a distribution environment.
•Must be a motivated and growth-seeking individual with lighting and furniture networking, and associated Retailer experience.
•Strong analytical skills and business acumen, with demonstrated data driven approach to business management
•Excellent time management and strong organizational skills
•Must have excellent communication and customer service skills
•Proficient in verbal and written business communications
•Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Must be able to seek input when required, prioritize and drive results.

Looking for a Warehouse Manager for California near long beach port area.
Role Responsibilities:
• Oversee receiving, warehouse, distribution and yard operations
• Maintain warehouse staff by motivating, training and developing team
• Coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results
• Contributes to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed
• Manage inventory control, preparing product for routes and reconcile with data inventory system
Role Requirements:
● High school diploma or GED
● Proven work experience as a warehouse/distribution manager
● Expertise in warehouse management procedures and practices
● Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives
● Hands-on experience with warehouse management software and databases
● Leadership skills and ability to manage staff
● Good decision-making and problem-solving skills
● Good communication skills
● Schedule: Monday -Friday, 8:30am -5:00pm
Full time position. Need to help set up the new warehouse. Training provided for system use. Pay is depending on experience. Must have a positive attitude and have willingness to learn new things. Must be able to pass background with clean driving record and valid license.
